Guess what?!?

It's National Delurking day! That means if you read this you have to leave a comment or your nose will turn green and fall off. Or something like that. Talk to me, Peeps!!!

Yes, the prefix "de-" means something akin to removal, like de-ice, de-frost, or de-bone, but unless you also toss on a little "auto" before that, I fail to see how it's solely the lurker's and not also the author's or other readers' responsibility to delurk the anonymous contingent of any given readership. :P Subsequently, I choose to interpret it that should anyone fail to delurk an individual, said person's nose will turn green and fall off.

Hey! That's a great idea - flush 'em out of the woods. I wasn't lurking, though. I came by because I just found your comment telling me which of your blogs wasn't a dead end. Thank you.

Like I'd ever lurk here. As a fellow blogger, I know the effect and power and happiness of comments, so I can never read a blog and not leave a comment...just a calling card...
